A network of private clubs · Worldwide reciprocity
More than fifty private clubs across the United States and abroad welcome Thames Club members on introduction. Call the office for a letter before you go.
Each of the clubs below has a reciprocal arrangement with The Thames Club. Most welcome members for dining, lodging, or short visits — terms vary by club, and many require an introduction letter from our office before you arrive. We're glad to make the call.
Reach out at least a few days before you travel. We'll confirm the club is expecting you, send a letter on Thames Club letterhead if needed, and pass along anything useful — dress code, lunch hours, whether they take walk-ins.
Call (959) 264-2733 and ask for Jennifer at the Club office, or email thamesclub.nl@gmail.com. Please include the club name, the dates of your visit, and the names of anyone traveling with you.
If you're not sure whether a particular club is on the list, just ask — reciprocity arrangements change, and the office tracks updates as they happen.
This directory was reviewed in spring 2026. The clubs below have been removed from previous editions of the list — five after this review (closures or mergers since the prior printing), five flagged earlier and still pending office confirmation:
Reciprocity arrangements and operating status change. If you have firsthand information about any of these clubs — or about any club you believe should be on the list — please call (959) 264-2733 or write to thamesclub.nl@gmail.com.
