Event planners who bring clients to the Thames Club once tend to come back. The rooms are real — not converted conference space. The service is personal. The food is made in the kitchen, not trucked in. And the address at 290 State Street carries a history that no new venue can replicate.

We work with outside event planners for weddings, corporate dinners, fundraisers, receptions, and private occasions. The Club's staff handles catering coordination, room setup, and on-site service.

Full-service catering from the Club kitchen. Menus designed around the event — seated dinners, cocktail receptions, buffets, and passed hors d'oeuvres.

Bar Service

Full bar service available for private events. Cash bar, hosted bar, or wine service with dinner. The Club is licensed for all.

Setup & Service

The Club handles table setup, linen, service staff, and breakdown. Planners coordinate directly with Club management for timeline and logistics.
